Marine Trade School Scholarships
This annual scholarship is designed exclusively for NMEA member marine trade schools that have a marine electronics component to their curriculum. The scholarship encourages and supports the trade school as a whole by NMEA assisting in specialty equipment purchases to further teach marine electronics to their students. The overall goal is to alleviate the marine electronics industry worker shortage through education of students to become technical installers of marine electronics and increase the number of qualified new employees for NMEA member companies.

- $5,000 payment made directly to NMEA marine trade school.
- All NMEA marine member Trade Schools are automatically entered into this program
- The IMEA Board of Directors will award scholarships in Q4 2025.
